Particulars in terms of Section 51(1)(b)
In terms of section 51(1)(b) a description should be given of the guide to be issued in terms of Section 10 by the Human Rights Commission. Regulations published in terms of the Act in Government Notice No. R 187 on 15 February 2002 prescribes the manner in which the Commission should make the guide available.

The Minister has not published any notice in terms of Section 52(2).
